Making the website accessible

I aim to:

• use clear and readable language throughout the website;

• use headings and page structures that make information easier to navigate;

• provide alternative text for images where appropriate;

• maintain clear colour contrast and readable typography;

• make key website functions accessible using a keyboard;

• avoid using images or graphics as the only way of communica ting important information; and

• ensure that product information, ordering and checkout are as straightforward as possible.

This website is hosted on Squarespace, which provides a range of built-in accessibility features. I also review my own content and design choices to identify areas where improvements can be made.
