Accessibility
I want this website to be accessible and welcoming to as many people as possible. I am continually working to improve the experience for everyone, including visitors who use assistive technologies or have different accessibility needs.
Making the website accessible
I aim to:
use clear and readable language throughout the website;
use headings and page structures that make information easier to navigate;
provide alternative text for images where appropriate;
maintain clear colour contrast and readable typography;
make key website functions accessible using a keyboard;
avoid using images or graphics as the only way of communica ting important information; and
ensure that product information, ordering and checkout are as straightforward as possible.
This website is hosted on Squarespace, which provides a range of built-in accessibility features. I also review my own content and design choices to identify areas where improvements can be made.
Product and workshop accessibility
If you have an accessibility requirement that may affect your ability to use the website, purchase a product or take part in one of my workshops, please get in touch. I'll be happy to discuss your requirements and, where possible, find a suitable way to support you.
Feedback
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and I welcome feedback if you encounter something on the website that makes it difficult for you to access information or complete an order.
Please contact me at Every.Second.Friday@proton.me with details of the issue, including the page or product you were trying to access. I'll do my best to investigate and resolve the problem.
